Welcome to Radiance Age Management! Our goal is always to provide the highest quality of service as we partner with you to help you achieve your anti-aging goals!

We ask that you consider our policies not as restrictions but as indispensable rules that allow us to provide high standards of service. With regard to appointment cancellation fees, these are unfortunately necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated to clients and patients when they make the appointments.


Medical Office:  The patient and any other person responsible for payment has a right to refuse to pay, cancel payment or be reimbursed for payment for any other service, examination or treatment that is performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to the advertisement for the free, discounted fee, or reduced fee service, examination or treatment. Upon scheduling your appointment, patients will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the appointment.

You will not be charged a fee for your appointment. A $50 fee will only be applied to your credit card should you cancel within less than 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment.

We also recommend that you schedule future appointments in advance to ensure your preferred time is available.

Please plan on arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Being early for your appointment is greatly appreciated! By arriving early, your paperwork can be properly processed. This will allow your provider the opportunity to spend the full time allotted for your appointment with you. This will ensure any and all questions are answered and that you receive the best service possible.

If your service requires an additional appointment or a follow-up, we recommend you schedule your next visit prior to departing. If for any reason you feel you would be more comfortable or better serviced by another staff member, please advise the Concierge Team immediately, so we can accommodate your request. It is our aim and our goal to provide you with the best experience possible.

All booked appointments will be confirmed by our staff via a telephone call reminder a day or two before your appointment.

We accept clients without an appointment based on availability. Please feel free to walk-in at your convenience. We will make every attempt to accommodate you.


Should a cancellation or date change be necessary for a scheduled service we require a minimum of a 24-hour notice. Failure to give the required notice of cancellation will result in a $50 non-refundable No-Show cancellation fee. This fee must be paid prior to your ability to book another appointment with us.


For the safety of your children and as a courtesy to our other clients, children are not permitted in the age management center. For young adults under 18 who are receiving services, it is required that they are under adult supervision while at our offices.

Payment Options & Policies

We take all major credit cards and will accept your check with a valid driver’s license that shows the same address as the check. We also offer Care Credit, Paramount and United Medical financing.

Returned Checks

All returned checks must be paid in full within 30 days of the original check date. Returned checks automatically incur an additional $50 return fee. Any balances not fully paid due to a returned check within the 30-day period are then subject to collection and prosecution under Florida Statutes Title XLVI Crimes, Chapter 832 – entitled “Violations Involving Checks and Drafts.”

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. New patients are required to fill out medical history and appropriate consent forms. We strongly recommend all patients invest the time to thoroughly and accurately fill out all documentation and consent forms.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your consultation. A late arrival will deprive you of precious consultation time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time, so the next patient’s session can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your consultation as possible. With some services, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment, or you may be delayed leaving in order to complete a treatment.

What is the cancellation policy?

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. All services canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the $50 deposit fee.

No-show patients who do not turn up for their appointment are also charged the $50 deposit fee. A major credit card will be needed to secure appointments. Gift cards are not a valid form of payment for no-show fees. This courtesy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

Referrals are greatly appreciated and are the highest compliment you can give us at Radiance Age Management. Every referral who purchases a treatment entitles you to a credit of $50 to be used towards any service of your choice.

Celebrity Client Policy

Most of our clients are well-known individuals. We have clients who are media personalities, in the movie industry and well-known personalities. Although we can 100% guarantee your confidentiality and privacy, Radiance Age Management cannot control the behavior of other clients.

Age Limit

The minimum age for clients and patients at Radiance Age Management is eighteen unless accompanied by a parent. If you are pregnant or believe you may be, please inform us when you schedule your appointment as well as when you arrive.
